Effective Nozzle Cleaning for DTF Printers

This DTF cleaning fluid is specially formulated for flushing blocked printheads and resolving ink flow issues. It is safe for use on Epson-based printheads and compatible with most DTF printing systems.

Important: This is not the blue cleaning solution. This is the clear Epson-recommended printhead cleaner, trusted by professionals for its gentle yet effective unclogging power. Ideal for sensitive DTF printheads that require precision cleaning.

When to Use

• When nozzles are clogged or printing unevenly
• After extended printer downtime
• To flush the system during ink changes

How to Use

• Simply soak a swab and gently stroke your printhead and let the printhead sit for a little while
• You can also do a wet cap by filling your cap top and let the printhead sit on the cap top for some time
• For a furious clean, Disconnect the ink lines or dampers from the printhead
• Use a syringe with tubing or a foam swab to flush the solution through the printhead
• Allow the cleaning fluid to sit in the head for 10–20 minutes if blockages are stubborn
• Repeat the process if needed, then flush with distilled water or moisturising fluid before restarting printing

Important Notes

This is a printhead cleaning solution and should not be used for daily wet capping or long-term storage. For ongoing maintenance, please use our DTF Moisturising Wet Capping Solution.

Our cleaning fluid is low-odour and non-corrosive, but effective enough to break down tough ink clogs without damaging the printhead.
