This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from dtfsupplies.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Important notice – consumable products

Many products sold by dtfsupplies.co.uk (including DTF inks, DTF powders, DTF films, and other consumables) are subject to strict return conditions due to hygiene, contamination, and performance sensitivity.

Unless faulty, these products are non-refundable once opened or used.

2. Return requests

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All return requests must be approved by dtfsupplies.co.uk before any items are returned.
• Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.

3. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition.
• Original packaging, seals, labels, and documentation must be intact.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

The following items are strictly non-returnable unless faulty:

• Opened or used consumables (including inks, powders, films, and chemicals).
• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or improper storage.
• Items returned without prior approval.
• All approved non-faulty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

• You must notify dtfsupplies.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic evidence and a detailed description must be provided.
• We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a refund or replacement.

Compatibility issues, performance dissatisfaction, or user error do not constitute a fault.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Refund processing times vary by payment provider and typically take 3–5 business days after approval.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We reserve the right to deduct:

• A 10% restocking fee on all non-faulty returns, to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
• Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

6. Return shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by dtfsupplies.co.uk.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

7. Refused or uncollected parcels

If an order is refused or not collected:

• Any refund will exclude original shipping costs and additional courier charges.
• The customer remains responsible for return and handling costs.

8. Disposal of unacceptable returns

Any item deemed unsuitable for refund will:

• Be disposed of after 7 days unless collection is arranged by the customer at their cost within that period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dtfsupplies.co.uk shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, production downtime, or lost profits.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from product use or returns.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where applicable.

10. How to request a return

To request a return, you must contact dtfsupplies.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
