By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

dtfsupplies.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based supplier of Direct to Film (DTF) printing products including inks, films, powders, and related accessories.

2. Eligibility & website use

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are purchasing in the course of business or professional activity unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website without notice if we reasonably suspect misuse, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

3. Business-to-business (B2B) basis

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are sold on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

Where permitted by law, consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply to trade purchases.

4. Products & technical disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Colours, finishes, and performance may vary depending on equipment, materials, settings, and environment.
• DTF results depend on user expertise, machine calibration, substrates, humidity, temperature, and workflow.
• Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.

We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific printer, RIP software, heat press, or workflow unless explicitly stated in writing.

All products are supplied strictly for professional use unless stated otherwise.

5. Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

6. Orders & contract formation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Pricing or listing errors
• Stock shortages
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Breach of these Terms
• Technical or system errors

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

7. Delivery, risk & title

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for courier delays or failures beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Legal title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in delays, additional costs, or loss of goods, for which we accept no responsibility.

8. Returns, refunds & faults

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8.1 Consumables

• Inks, powders, films, and similar items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Opened, used, or contaminated consumables are strictly non-refundable unless proven faulty.
• Compatibility or performance dissatisfaction does not constitute a fault.

8.2 Fault reporting

• Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.

8.3 Disposal of returned items

Any item deemed unsuitable for refund will be disposed of after 7 days unless collection is arranged by the customer at their cost within that period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of business or contracts
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Product use & technical responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Correct product selection and compatibility
• Storage, handling, and application
• Machine setup, calibration, and settings
• Compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

We provide no guarantee of specific printing results.

11. Health & safety

Some products may contain chemicals or fine powders. Customers must:

• Follow all safety instructions and SDS/MSDS guidance.
• Use appropriate PPE where required.
• Store products safely and away from children.

We accept no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

12. Intellectual property

All Website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is our intellectual property or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

13. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

14. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

15. Anti-fraud & chargebacks
