Complete CMYKW DTF Ink Set

The bundle includes black, cyan, magenta, yellow and white DTF pigment inks.

The CMYK inks produce the colour layer of the transfer, while the white DTF ink creates an opaque backing layer that helps designs remain bright and visible on dark garments.

When used with compatible equipment and the correct print settings, the complete ink set supports vibrant colour reproduction, accurate coverage and consistent production.

Hybrid DTF Film and Adhesive Powder

The included 60cm × 100m coated PET DTF film roll features a versatile hybrid release coating that supports both hot-peel and cold-peel application methods.

The film can be peeled hot when production speed is the priority or allowed to cool before peeling when required by the garment, transfer or preferred production process.

The included 1kg DTF TPU hot-melt adhesive powder is applied evenly to the wet ink before curing. Once correctly melted and pressed, it creates the bonding layer between the printed transfer and the garment.

Correct powder application, curing temperature, pressing pressure and peeling procedure remain essential for achieving a durable transfer with a clean finish.

Professional Printhead-Maintenance Supplies

This bundle also includes a comprehensive selection of cleaning and maintenance products for routine printer care.

The professional printhead cleaning solution helps dissolve and remove dried DTF ink and residue during maintenance procedures.

The blue printhead unblocking solution provides additional support when dealing with more persistent ink blockages.

The printhead protection and moisturising fluid is designed for wet capping and idle-period protection, helping keep the nozzles hydrated when the printer is parked.

The included Class 1000 lint-free microfibre cleaning cloths and foam printhead cleaning swabs allow the capping station, wiper blade and surrounding maintenance areas to be cleaned without introducing ordinary cloth fibres or excessive dust.
